Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, with all parts, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Thereafter we will provide free return pick-up or you will need to ship the products back to us incase return pickup is unavailable in your area. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns Checklist:

  1. The goods were purchased in the last 15 days
  2. The goods should be unused;
  3. The goods are in the original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.;
  4. Packaging should not be opened/damaged for blister packed goods knives, tools, headlamps and other accessories. Damaged packaging of sealed products will not be accepted in returns
  5. You will be required to dispatch the goods either using our using our free return pick-up or using a reputed courier in Your respective area.  
  6. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods during transit
  7. The returned goods are subject to various verifications and quality checks by trekkit.in in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/return & eligibility of refund.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  3. The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
  4. The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

You are responsible for the risk of returning the goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend you use services like DTDC or Delhivery or Blue Dart. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods in original condition.

Damages, issues and product warranty
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All products are covered under limited lifetime brand warranty, which covers any manufacturing defects like improper stitching, mismatched assembly & unaligned zippers etc. Wear & tear of the product is not covered under the brand warranty.  To know more details about product or brand specific warranty kindly email us @ online@trekkit.in 

Incase you've damaged the product/s due to wear & tear, feel free to contact us with photos/videos for assistance in finding a solution for your issue. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
